We have a lovely group of patients who meet up regularly, as a representative of our patient population, to support the practice. They are currently trying to set up some new activities to engage with our patients (an art group initially) to encourage an active community who support each other.
The aim of this is to prevent loneliness within our patient population. They also try and find ways to help us make improvements to the services we provide and spread information to the wider community. If you would like to get involved with this group please get in touch by emailing smh.mc@nhs.net.
