From 1st October 2025, Shelley Manor and Holdenhurst Medical Centres will be switching to a new online consultation tool called SystmConnect. SystmConnect works directly with our clinical system, helping us manage your requests more efficiently and safely.
SystmConnect is easy to use and guides you through a few simple questions to help us direct your request to the right person.
If you have a new or ongoing health concern, Contraceptive Pill or HRT check or an admin request (fit note or letter) that you would like to contact the Surgery about online, please go to the Systmconnect web page for Shelley Manor, and complete a SystmConnect online consultation. If you log in via Systmonline or with your NHS login details your contact details will not need to be entered and you will be able to send photos and attachments if required, the same as eConsult.
We will still respond by the end of the next working day. If something is more urgent than this, please call the Surgery directly.
In an emergency, always call 999.
Everything else remains the same, you can still phone for same-day urgent appointments and book ahead for routine appointments. It’s just a swap from eConsult to SystmConnect.
